- JPY 500 including tax, paid once. No recurring billing. Internet connectivity costs are borne by the user.

- Payment method and timing
- When support opens, payment is made once by credit card on Stripe checkout and charged on confirmation. The card provider determines the statement debit date.
- Fulfilment
- Support is recorded when payment completes. No digital product or additional service is delivered.
- Cancellation and refund inquiries
- Contact the listed address about accidental or duplicate payments. We review each transaction individually. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not limited.
- Subscription cancellation
- There is no recurring billing or automatic renewal, so no subscription cancellation is required.
